A. From Store Owners (Clients)
When you register as a store owner on our platform, we collect:
Business name
Contact number
Domain details
Email address
Store configuration preferences (e.g., plan, templates, payment methods)
Manual payment information (e.g., GCash number, bank account name and number)
PayMongo API key (optional; only required if you choose to enable online payments through PayMongo)
Facebook Page ID
B. From Customers (Shoppers)
When customers interact with stores on our platform, we collect:
Full name
Email address
Contact number
Shipping address
Login credentials (for traditional login)
Google Id, name and email (if signing in via Google, optional)
Facebook Id, name and email (if signing in via Facebook, optional)
We do not access passwords or sensitive data from Google or Facebook.
2. How We Use the Information
A. For Store Owners (Clients)
We use the information collected from store owners to:
Set up and manage online stores: The information you provide (business name, domain details, and store configuration preferences) helps us set up and configure your online store.
Authenticate logins and manage accounts: We use your email address to authenticate logins and manage your store owner's account.
Process payments and manage billing information: Use manual payment information (e.g., bank account, GCash number) for processing transactions and managing billing
Enable payment gateway integration: If you opt to enable online payments, your PayMongo API key will be used to integrate PayMongo for online payments.
Offer customer support for store-related inquiries: We use your information to assist with any questions or issues related to your store and to provide necessary support.
Provide updates and notifications: We may send updates regarding platform features, new tools, or notifications to help manage and grow your store.
Integrate Facebook Messenger support: The Facebook Page ID allows us to enable Facebook Messenger chat for your customers, so you can provide real-time support.
Improve platform functionality and user experience: We analyze store owner data to continually improve our platform, ensuring better functionality, ease of use, and overall user experience.
B. For Customers (Shoppers)
We use the information collected from customers to:
Process and fulfill orders: We use your full name, shipping address, and contact number to process and deliver your orders accurately and on time. Your information is also used for order tracking and to communicate important details regarding your purchases.
Authenticate logins and manage accounts: If you choose to create an account, we use your login credentials (email and password) to authenticate your access and manage your account. For customers who choose Google or Facebook Sign-in, We only use it to help you log in faster and more securely. We only get your name, email address and provider ID(your unique Google or Facebook user ID). We do not access, store, or share any other data from your Google or Facebook account.
Provide customer support: We use your information to assist with any inquiries, returns, refunds, or issues related to your purchases and account. This includes resolving shipping or order issues, answering product questions, and providing support for any other store-related concerns.
Send order updates and notifications: We use your email address and contact number to send you order confirmations, shipping updates, and other important notifications related to your purchases.
Personalize the shopping experience: We may use your information to recommend products, provide special offers, or tailor the shopping experience based on your previous activity or preferences.
Improve our platform and services: We analyze customer interactions and preferences to enhance the functionality of our platform, improve the user experience, and develop new features or services that better meet your needs.
Send announcements: We may use your contact details to send you updates or announcements related to changes in the client's business, such as new product launches, promotions, or important business updates.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties.

All data is securely stored on servers located in Singapore (via
Linode). While our business is based in the Philippines, we rely on reputable cloud
infrastructure providers for reliable service and security.
We implement security best practices to protect personal data.

We use cookies to enhance your experience on our platform. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your device when you visit our website. These cookies help us authenticate your login session and ensure a secure and personalized experience.

Our services are not intended for children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. However, we do not have the ability to verify the age of our users.
